Course Description

This course provides a biblical and practical foundation for integrating faith and work. Your group will discover how their work fits within the context of God’s creating, reconciling, and redeeming presence. You will be provided with video lectures, a detailed study guide, and handouts for all six sessions. Participants will be equipped with insights and activities to help them in their struggle with secular work. Sessions include:

  • Recovering our Vocations
  • Created to Work
  • The Brokenness of Work
  • Salvation, Love, and Work
  • Spirituality for Work
  • Working for Shalom

Adrian is Director of Programs at the Leadership Centre of The Presbyterian College, where is oversees the mentoring program, online learning, and organizes the annual pastors conference. He is a theologian and author of « Barth and Ecotheology: The Electing God and the Community of Creation » (Routledge, 2025). He is also an affiliate faculty with McGill’s School of Religious Studies.
